Lamination press pads

As an expert of the lamination process of Smartcards, 4PLATE also promotes Lamination Press Pads. Within this scope, we are the distributor of Yamauchi Pads worldwide for the smartcard industry.

KN22 Grade is the one dedicated for lamination of PVC Card. No Silicon Rubber inside and withstanding to the regular temperatures (up to 180°C).

YOM02 Grade is particularly recommended for the PC Card or PC eDP Lamination due to the high cushioning behavior of the Pad structure. These Pads have proven their efficiency in terms of life time and result on the PC card / eDP quality. The structure and the thickness have a great regularity along the process and the life time is also extended compare to the usual Pads of the market due to the patented technology of the “Air bubbles” providing the cushioning behavior on thousands of cycles. Able to withstand very high temperatures (up to 250°C).
